through the day. Or we need some help on how to
communicate with the one we love in a way that we
won't regret later.

not therapy. Rather, it helps emotionally
healthy people get what they want in their lives.
I only work with a few clients on
an individual basis, people who are deeply committed
to themselves and the people in their lives. If you
are eager to implement change and move forward in a
process of self discovery, individualized coaching
is for you.

Conversation: First Time Clients
First 1 /2 Hour Free, then $45 for the next 1/2
Subsequent Calls: $90.00 per hour, 3 Session Package: $220.00,
6 Session Package: $430.00

Having a hard time saying
something to your partner, your teenager or your
boss--or knowing how to say it? Paul provides honest coaching with compassion
and understanding without choosing sides. I am here
to support you and your loved ones in your effort to
create compassion, caring and intimacy.
My coaching sessions usually
consist of a review of "The 4 Steps to Instant
Intimacy and Understanding," as this is the basic technology
of the Magic Relationship Method. Then I continue on
in a dialogue to identify your
underlying feelings and needs in your problem situation.
I role
play how you can say the things you want to say and
how to hear the scariest response possible from your
partner, and I answer any
questions you may have.

Paul Sterling, creator of the Magic Relationship
Method, has been studying communication for over
twenty years... and teaching it for over fifteen
years.
After years of wondering where his relationships
were going wrong and studying what he thought was
absolutely every relationship model available, Paul
came across the work of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, the
creator of Nonviolent Communication (www.cnvc.org).
Paul was floored by the simplicity and effectiveness
of this communication model to help him in his
relationships – intimate, business and social.
During those years, Paul trained in neuro-linguistic
programming and neuro-associative conditioning, plus
he studied with Anthony Robbins, he was a
business partner with Bob Proctor (of The Secret), and
was certified to teach The Work of Byron Katie.
He
combined all of this knowledge, his experience, and
his imagination to create the Magic Relationship
Method – which can now help you to improve your
relationships.
Paul has taught for governments and businesses,
and in schools, churches and prisons. He has taught from Hawaii to Hong Kong and from
Alabama to Alaska. He has been interviewed by
numerous newspapers and radio talk shows around the
US. In addition, he has made appearances on Russian
news programs and has written his own column on
communications.
